Creative Playzone – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Creative Playzone, a playground designed to provide a safe and stimulating environment for children of all ages! By using our facilities and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
General Admission:
- Age Restrictions: Children under the age of [minimum age] must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. The supervising adult is responsible for the child’s safety and behavior within the playzone.
- Admission Fees: Admission fees are subject to change without notice. Please refer to our website or inquire at the front desk for current rates.
- Right of Refusal: Creative Playzone reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at its discretion.
Safety and Conduct:
- Supervision: Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising their children while at Creative Playzone. We encourage active supervision, meaning adults should be engaged with their children and not solely relying on our staff.
- Behavior: Children are expected to behave respectfully towards other patrons, staff, and property. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the playzone.
- Prohibited Items: Food, drinks, chewing gum, and outside toys are not allowed in the play areas. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Attire: Proper clothing and footwear are required for safety reasons. Shoes must be worn at all times.
- Lost and Found: Lost items will be held for a limited time. Please inquire at the front desk for lost items. Creative Playzone is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Waiver and Release of Liability:
- Assumption of Risk: By using Creative Playzone facilities, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with playground equipment and activities. You agree to assume all risks associated with your child’s participation and release Creative Playzone from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur.
- Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, Creative Playzone staff will call emergency services immediately. You are responsible for any medical expenses incurred.
Additional Information:
- Food and Beverages: We offer a variety of snacks and beverages for purchase. Outside food and drinks are not permitted in the play areas.
- Parties and Events: Creative Playzone offers party packages for birthdays and other special occasions. Please contact us for more information and reservations.
- Lost Children: If your child becomes lost, please notify a staff member immediately. We have procedures in place to reunite lost children with their parents or guardians.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Creative Playzone reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them periodically for any updates.
